In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams, managing the overall client experience while supporting marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding calls and gather client details Serve as the central point of contact for our marketing clients Deliver weekly performance reports and conduct monthly review calls Ensure clients receive high-quality service and results Be accountable for client retention and satisfaction Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Provide updates on account performance and identify opportunities for improvement Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement Role Requirements: 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads management is a huge plus Excellent communication and sales skills Proficiency in Office Software: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts independently Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation Experience with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Asana is a bonus Spanish-speaking skill is a bonus Why Join Us?
