We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including mobile operators and ISPs, ensuring the successful delivery our services and solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential partnerships in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of services. Provide regular performance reports and updates to clients, ensuring they are fully informed on the value and impact of the services delivered. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing within the VAS or telecom industry. Strong knowledge of the telecom sector, with a focus on mobile services and digital solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese (Spanish as a plus). Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes. Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
