We are seeking a data-driven media specialist, looking to build their career in advertising, to join Brainlabs as an Account Manager. This role focuses on campaign management primarily on Amazon for a variety of clients.

**We'd like you to**:

- Manage programmatic media and search campaigns, monitoring performance and optimization
- Keyword research for audience understanding and targeting
- Development of effective taglines for ads
- Budget monitoring and bidding strategy for ROI optimization
- KPI reporting including data analysis and campaign insights
- Ownership of client communication and relationship building
- Collaboration with the content team
- Ongoing updates of Amazon certifications

**All sounds great right? So here's what we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years of experience in performance media, working with clients
- Understanding of the Retail Media landscape in the digital marketing and performance media ecosystem
- Familiar with Excel/google sheets and handling data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
- Champion our culture code, be curious to learn and be an engaged member of the team
- Knowledge of Mercado Livre Ads and Amazon Ads would be a plus
