**Role Description: -**
**Key Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- Grow accounts, secure bigger budgets, and retain key accounts year on year.
- Concept and Strategy Planning to unleash your creative juices to achieve brand storytelling and business objectives for our client & Kobe
- Content Planning & Scheduling of campaigns
- Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities
- Develop strong and trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders Manage timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations and approvals
- Control finance health of all campaigns
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly revenue, client NPS score)
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Collaborate with community operations with campaign execution
- Research and keep updated of vertical and social media trends for product knowledge as professional advisor to client; sharing of knowledge inter and intra departments
- Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope
**Qualifications: -**
- Strong communication skills, an eye for content and a keen understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills to work effectively with content creators, clients and colleagues to execute successful campaign planning and execution
- Experience in project management with exceptional organizational skills and a mindset towards delivering results on time and on budget
- Ability to analyze data, metrics and insights to inform campaign recommendations and optimization
- Have a creative and innovative mindset focused on driving results and achieving benchmarks
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
