Your responsibilities will include: Communicate with partners, provide support, and resolve account-related issues. Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide information about new products or promotions. Monitor clients' activity on the platform and analyze customer behavior data. Work on increasing and retaining customers by offering personalized deals and running promotional campaigns. Cooperate with other departments within the company, such as marketing, design, finance, and technical support. Present company products and services on business trips and conferences. The Successful Candidate: 2+ years of experience as a B2B Account Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management. Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency or bilingual, Portuguese is a plus. Exceptional knowledge of digital platforms, including Hubspot, Jira, Confluence. Willingness to travel for business trips and events.
