**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience managing and customizing to a customer base.
- Experience working with Google Ads, including execution level and consultative level.
- Ability to carry a quota and drive business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Ability to reach out to customers, and assist them in adding value to their business.

As an Account Manager, you will be a critical member of our Onboarding team, managing the onboarding of new advertising customers for Google throughout the region. You will engage with new customers and support them in learning how to utilize Google solutions for their business, while also developing digital advertising solutions that meet their growth goals and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic advice and help our customers get the return on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
- Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience to Google's advertisers.
- Work closely with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
