This is a full-time role based at CDP Latin America in Brazil and will be reporting to CDP Latin America's Reporter Services & Supply Chain Manager, based in São Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue from memberships and enhancing the overall experience and value of programs in the region.Who you are Must reside and be eligible to work in Brazil. Experience: minimum of 2 years of proven track record of sustainability/related role in a global organization, with expertise in climate change/ESG disclosure, or related field. A university degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Environmental Management, International Relations, or a related subject. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges in the disclosure landscape. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and drive collaboration. Ability to explore environmental issues and climate change aspects with different types and levels of stakeholders. Strong understanding of the value proposition of CDP, and ability to communicate well and collaborate. Your day-to-day Drive growth of CDP's membership programs (Supply Chain & Reporter Services) among corporations in the region through active account management and delivery of program benefits. Identify, engage, and convert CDP disclosing company leads to members and secure membership renewal among existing members. Organize and deliver workshops, capacity buildings, webinars, and other events to support program members in advancing their sustainability strategies. Build strong relationships with corporate members, promoting discussions and gathering company feedback, using these results to improve deliverables and propose innovative products enabling corporate action. Lead the deliverables of Reporter Services and Supply Chain programs with quality and in a timely manner. Provide support and recommendations for members regarding the CDP questionnaires and scoring process, using CDP data for benchmarking and identifying best practices. Support companies to clarify technical questions related to environmental topics and promoting business ambition (e.g. SBTi, RE100).
