Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate financial information to support decision-making.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interact with outsourcers and provide them with all primary documentation;
- Signature and provision of primary documentation by the spacecraft (on request);
- Control of outsourcers in the part of accounting methodology;
- The control of outsourcers in terms of accounting, tax reporting, including compliance with deadlines for payment of taxes, payment of payroll;
- Bank reconciliation in the NS;
- Reflection of transactions (expense report, journals, cheques, reflection of payroll files);
- Reconciliation with vendors;
- Monitoring and verification of outsourcers for financial reporting (group reporting);
- Conduct of all payments, work with the bank;
- Reconciliation of accounts in the spacecraft; If necessary, have the ability to independently make financial statements (group reporting) of local companies in Latam.
**Qualifications**:
- Higher education in accounting/finance;
- Experience in international companies;
- Deep knowledge of IFRS;
- At least 7 years of accounting experience;
- Knowledge of the legislation in the field of accounting, tax accounting;
- Knowledge of English (fluent), Portuguese (fluent);
- Experience of working with a bank account (making payments);
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite; Experience with AP system, expense management systems, etc. is welcome.
