The ideal candidate will have experience with financial reconciliation, inter-company billing, and thrive in multi-currency, multi-national environment and possess expertise in various financial aspects, including Corp-to-Corp billing, product lists management, pricing lists, quoting, invoicing, budgets, US state and federal filings, overseas accountancies, ADP, amortization, compliance, VAT, cost of capital, and customer and vendor onboarding. This role will conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budget assessments, projections, and in-depth reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. This role requires the ability to adapt to changing demands, maintain accuracy in financial records, and uphold confidentiality.Responsibilities:Manage all accounting and finance functions as assigned including financial reconciliation and inter-company billing.Support corp-to-corp billing processes efficiently and accurately.Maintain and update product lists, pricing lists, quoting procedures, and expenses.Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.Develop and manage budgets, providing regular financial reports to the management team.Handle state and federal filings as requested, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with overseas accountancies to facilitate seamless financial operations in different currencies.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budget assessments, projections, and in-depth reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.Prepare and deliver analytical reports, offering insights into financial performance, trends, and variance analysis, while ensuring accuracy and clarity for stakeholders.Utilize Paychex for payroll processing and related financial activities.Perform amortization calculations and maintain accurate records.Oversee aircraft usage accounting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.Facilitate customer and vendor onboarding, maintaining accurate and organized records.Travel periodically internationally, work from São Paulo, Brazil and from office when visiting team members.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role
