Locations: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia.
What you will do Analyze and prepare documentation to support financial reconciliations by book of business.
Prepare journal entries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the ledger.
Identify, analyze, research, and resolve system anomalies.
Collaborate with IT and Business to resolve reconciliation variances.
Validate accounting impact from system changes.
Support the business units, auditors, state regulators and actuarial as assigned.
Innovate and drive process improvement.
Work in a strong team environment with a focus on collaboration, diversity in thought and inclusion.
Articulate results effectively to management Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with an emphasis on accounting 1-3 years of experience (preferably, 1-2 years of audit experience) Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills Self-starter and quick learner Team player and effective collaborator Meticulous with an unrelenting attention to detail Exceptional analytical skills and an inquisitive mind Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
