Job Responsibilities:Execute accounting activities within the deadlines (intercompany AP and AR transactions, bookings of taxes, bank transactions).Collaborate with GSS staff and Business Units to identify, prioritize, execute and document project financials, invoices & other controlling.Support the Tax team with analysis of direct and indirect tax accounts.Support and analyze the whole intercompany accounting process and suggest improvements.Perform balance sheet intercompany accounts reconciliations/analysis on a monthly basis.Application of CPC's/IFRS.Other accounting duties as assigned & Ad-hoc reports.Hybrid work (3 days at the office per week).Minimum Requirements:Accounting Degree.MBA/Post Graduation will be a plus.Have active CRC.Have at least 5 years of experience as Accountant.Knowledge of Accounting theories and practices (IFRS, IAS).Experience with SAP/Oracle (or equivalent ERP system).Analytical and detail-oriented, must bring a process improvement mindset.Ability to interact effectively with internal customers and the general public.Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.Able to work in an environment with volatile demands (accounting routines, recurring meetings and new projects).Demonstrates ownership and accountability also understands the need for and embraces change.Digital Native – deep knowledge in Office Package, especially Excel (index matching, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and MS Forms.Data management and analysis (incl. tools like Power BI) and storytelling (Data advisory) is a plus.Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.Native in Portuguese (Mandatory).DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
