Experience 3+ Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections Excellent English Speaking / Writing Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
Ensure that all invoices are sent in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Payment Collection: Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts.
Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during reconciliation.
Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
Maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively managing the collection process.
