Job Profile Ensure consistency in the reported numbers as well as support the company's strategic and commercial decision. Prepare the monthly financial statement, balance sheet, accounting reconciliations and management reports. Support the team, inventory management, cost analysis and accounting system improvement. Attend external auditors. Main Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reports. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Support professional growth through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements. Job Requirements: Bacharel in Accounting - Related areas More than 5 years of experience in accounting area Knowledge in Linx system Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements (IFRS/CPC/IAS) Knowledge in IFRS 16 – ASC 842 – Lease Liability management Experience in Inventory management Experience with external auditors attending English – fluent
