Your Role
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Keep the accounts up to the balance sheet
- Carry out the interim closure of accounts: monthly, half-yearly, or yearly in conjunction with the auditor
- Prepare financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Provide accurate, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial data
- Create dashboards, monitoring the cash budget, analysing flows
- Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
- Manage the treasury, and the securities portfolio
- Fill out monthly and annual declarations
- Drawing up declarations to the relevant tax authorities and monitoring any disputes.
- Check monthly value added tax returns.
- Deal with invoices, outstanding amounts, reclaims with customers or suppliers
**Ideal Profile**:
You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Corporate Finance and looking for a new challenge in an international environment
You have a previous experience, 3 to 5 years in similar position
You are fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish or French would be a plus
You master computer tools, including office suites MS EXCEL, Corporate Finance, keen on process-automation and spreadsheets.
Your relational qualities, you appreciate teamwork and demonstrate a good ability to adapt and discretion
Your rigour, autonomy and organizational capacity will be important to your integration, and success in challenging environment
