The individual will play a pivotal role in providing support to promote the accuracy and compliance of our financial data.
The primary responsibilities will include validating invoices and financial data in line with regulations established by tax authorities such as Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), RFB (Brazilian federal revenue service agency), and SARS (The South African Revenue Service), thereby upholding both legal requirements and Woodgrove's policies.Essential ResponsibilitiesReconciliation of accounting accounts, particularly focusing on the income statement.Actively participate in projects related to the company's accounting and finance areas.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Verify necessary information for timely and complete accounting entries, as well as reconcile accounting data received from outsourced accountants.Input accounting information into the system accurately, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Qualifications/RequirementsEducation: Student from the 5th semester onwards of Accounting, Business Administration or related Fields.Intermediate knowledge in Excel.Successful candidates will demonstrate strong responsibility in completing tasks, creativity in problem-solving, the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams, and excellent time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.Desirable:English language skills.Intermediate knowledge in Power BI.Some work experience, if possible, in an accounting office.QuickBooks working experience.Knowledge of bookkeeping / cost allocation / accounting closures.Applications must be submitted in English to ****** are proud to support the full inclusion of persons with disabilities and are committed to ensuring the workplace is free from discrimination.
