Accounting Manager

Minimum Qualifications:Graduation in Accounting; with MBA in IFRS and Controlling.CRC.Knowledge of English and Spanish.Experience in multinational companies; reporting in local and IFRS legislation, Internal and External Audit assistance, accounting procedures, and internal controls.Responsibilities:Manage accounting activities, ensuring all reports and entries are produced according to principles and current accounting legislation.Manage all closing routines and ensure integration with all areas involved.Approve manual entries, ensuring accuracy.Report Consolidation to Main Office.Responsible for accounting classification, accrual calculations, and entries considering the correct period of competence.Calculate Income Tax and prepare obligation reports involved.Responsible for Financial Statements (explanatory notes, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.).Sign documents in Federal Government as accountant.Assist and support Internal and External Audit work, ensuring all necessary work is executed.Support CCP – Accounting Controls.Responsible for projects related to accounting area SAP Implementation, Mastersaf, and Mastersaf-DW (Key User).Responsible for Obligation Reports; ECD, ECF, IBGE, and BACEN.Responsible for Fixed Asset Control.Responsible for General Materials Inventory.Responsible for Transfer Price Calculation.Respect and contribute to company procedures and processes.About Us:We are a French multinational and one of the biggest players in the oil, gas, and energy market.
