Job Description
The Accounting Manger will support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in leading the Accounting/Finance department. This role will help ensure the hotel and Finance department stays in compliance with ACCOR policies, and will be active in completing reporting and billing requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Assist with monthly hotel reportingEnsure hotel/company billing/credit procedures are in placeComplete and reconcile monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review by Director of Finance, all back up and reconciling items to be submittedAct as back up to the Payroll ManagerAdditionally the Accounting Manager must be able to assist in other areas of the accounting office as requested. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Previous experience in an accounting role requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredPrevious leadership experience preferredFamiliar with frequently used standard operating proceduresBasic knowledge of how to use a computer and Microsoft softwareAbility to speak, read and write EnglishAbility to maintain a clean and organized work environmentKnowledge of basic office machineryMaintain a well-groomed appearance Additional Information
