Today we serve 100+ customers, have thousand of freelancers engaged in our platform and operate in thousands of stores.Who You AreWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join Zubale as the Manager of Finance Brazil.This key leadership role will be integral to the success of our organization, requiring a candidate with a strong finance background, strategic acumen, and excellent accounting and communication skills.As the Manager of Finance Brazil, you will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, playing a crucial role in providing timely financial information and insights to drive strategic decision-making and ensure the achievement of our business goals.What You Will Do1. Financial Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.Collaborate with the Brazil executive team to create budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Plan and control the cash flow with all the details related to inflows and outflows.2. Accounting and Reporting:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Prepare and present timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.Understand and review the monthly VAT report and payment as Corporate Income Tax and other municipalities taxes.3. Financial Analysis:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.4. Business Partnership:Work closely with the general manager to understand business needs and contribute to strategic decision-making.Act as a financial advisor, providing guidance on financial implications of various business initiatives.5.
