Main Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile the balance sheet and income accounts of the companies, ensuring the accuracy of the information; Respond to internal requests and those from regulatory and oversight bodies; Actively participate in daily routines and accounting closing processes; Participate in projects; Optimize and simplify accounting processes; and Support internal and external audits.
Basic Requirements: Degree: Accounting (active CRC) Solid knowledge of USGAAP, CPC, and IFRS Intermediate or higher English (frequent contact with service centers in Mexico and Mumbai) Knowledge of the SAP system Skills in digital tools, data visualization, and the use of artificial intelligence
Other Desirable Requirements: Previous experience in auditing firms (Big 4) Spanish Analytical profile and critical thinking Leadership and effective communication Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility Postgraduate degree / MBA is a plus
