Accounts Payable & Office Manager

This fantastic business is now seeking a new Accounts Assistant/Office Manager to join a hybrid position that will be 40% servicing the office management needs in the Victorian branch and 60% assisting the CFO with Accounts Payable for the Tasmanian branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logging and entering invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Reconciling accounts payable
- Preparing weekly payment reports
- Accounts and general administration
- Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms

**Requirements**:

- Must have high attention to detail
- High personal and professional standards
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within AP is preferable but not compulsory
- Exposure to CHEOPS and work within Property or Construction is highly regarded
