About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible in processing transactions relating to the Bank's administrative finances and fixed assets.
You will also administer and coordinate general administration functions including but not limited to account payments.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of efficiency to ensure compliance with the processing for Group Accounting practices and local statutory reporting.
**You will also be responsible in the following**:
Identify and reduce operating cost as possible.
Minimise loss and ensure all errors found are corrected same day with no impact to the business or its customers.
Proactively identifying and addressing areas of customer dissatisfaction, following up and resolving and customer complaints within your discretion or refer appropriately.
Develop and maintain a high standard of product and service knowledge.
Provide friendly and timely responses to customers by Resetting and Activating of Internet Banking Access.
Responsible for Bank's payment, including invoices pay in a monthly basis and responsible for the Bank's Tax payments.
On boarding New supplier and complete the onboarding process.
Ensure that all journals are properly recorded with supporting documents and maintained for audit.
