Lead and propose the objectives for the budget process and align the budget to the long term business plan.Perform financial analysis and decision analysis support for projects.Prepare and share timely, accurate financial information for planning and decision-making.
Report to management team/steering committees.Conduct scenario analysis & planning for decision-making (e.g., pricing deals, revenue & gross margin analysis).Manage financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Train the management team in understanding the structure and the financial objectives.Offer management decision support, align with business goals, and identify major trends and issues.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.Identify opportunities for process improvement.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging financial trends.Take ownership of ongoing reports with validation and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.Sign off purchase orders, CAPEX and ensure delegation of Authorities/Segregation of duties principles are being followed.Lead, follow up and check Financial Internal Controls reporting.Lead and manage accounts payable/controlling team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.General skills and attributes requirements are:Good leadership and motivational skills with involvement and team building capacity.Ability to work structured, systematic and with accuracy.Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills, both in writing and verbal communication.Fluent in English.Experience from working with financial structure in a manufacturing organisation.Experience from working with reporting analysis directly to Headquarters abroad.
