Job duties:

Encompass using different systems and processes focused on a variety of financial, fiscal, accounting and administrative tasks.
The financial accounting analyst will be working on activities related to accounts payable/receivable, collection and bank transactions (national and international), issuing DANFE for import/export process.
Performs data entry, ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed and issues operational internal controlling reports.
Interface with accounting firm and reconciliation of the accounting data in ERP system, and upload the support documents in the corporate system.
Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed using existing procedures and analyzing information to solve problems.
Skills/experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
• Solid experience in financial/accounting processes (Minimum 4 years)
• Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
user level/pivot table
• Intermediary English (writing and speaking)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred skills:
• ERPs, Totvs - Protheus
