Syensqo Job Grade: S13Job Overview and Responsibilities *Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. Assemble, review & verify vendor invoices
Enter and upload vendor invoices into various workflows/ ERP
Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice
Reconcile accounts payable accounts
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Respond and resolve Users and Vendors inquiries
Assist with month end closing
Work in close collaboration with Accounts Payable Specialist for payment issues and propose actions to avoid them
Recommend process improvements
Perform controls following corporate procedures and compliance rules
Participate in specific process improvement projects
Implement and follow up the Group internal control rules, policies and procedures, within own operations responsibility
Education and Experience *
Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a relevant domain
At least 1 year of experience working in Accounts Payable process
Accounting background
Must-have skills *
SAP experience
Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently
Analytical skills
Customer-oriented with good level of problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must-have language skillsFluent in English (both written & spoken)Nice-to-have language skillsCuritiba: English; Spanish; Brazilian
