Job Description:
As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading acquisition marketing efforts across multiple channels and regions, with a focus on the Latam and Indian markets. Your role will involve overseeing paid media, branding, affiliates, and other acquisition strategies to ensure alignment with our business goals and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize acquisition marketing strategies across paid media, branding, affiliates, and additional marketing channels.
Execute multi-channel paid media campaigns (including PPC, display, social, and affiliate) with a strong ROI focus.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to uncover opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, creative, product (to create effective acquisition bonuses), and analytics to ensure unified and effective campaigns.
Oversee branding efforts to increase market presence and appeal to target audiences.
Efficiently manage budgets and optimize spending to maximize impact.
Design specific strategies for different geographic regions, with a particular focus on Latam (Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina) and India.
Navigate nonlocal markets using licenses such as the Curacao license.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on goals.
Innovate acquisition strategies, staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in acquisition marketing within the online casino sector, especially outside the sportsbook niche.
Strong expertise in branding and paid media strategies.
Significant experience in marketing management with a thorough understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Experience working across multiple geographic markets, particularly in Latam and India.
Familiarity with operating under nonlocal licenses like Curacao, Anjouan, or Malta.
Startup experience is advantageous but not required.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, adept at making data-driven decisions.
Highly motivated and passionate about the casino industry, with a desire for long-term growth within the company.
