**About the Role**:
We're seeking a data-driven and experienced leader to oversee our performance-focused creative advertising pipeline across various products. This role will spearhead strategy, manage creative producers, and drive the continuous production of high-converting ad materials for our subscription-based products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Independently manage the Creative Production Department, working directly with the design lead and creative producers.
- Oversee the entire ad creation process for performance marketing, from initial idea to final production.
- Establish and optimize processes for continuous production of ad materials and creative ideas across all products.
- Analyze performance data and competitor strategies to inform creative direction and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strong KPIs to drive team performance and ad effectiveness.
- Mentor and lead a team of creative producers, ensuring alignment with performance marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing teams to ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives and funnel strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in managing creative teams for performance marketing campaigns, particularly in subscription-based businesses.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end ad production for digital performance marketing, from ideation to final delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into effective creative strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of ad creative production for subscription-based products.
- Proficiency in performance marketing principles, metrics, and multi-platform digital advertising.
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative improvement of ad creatives based on performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independent projects and manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse, high-performing digital ad campaigns, preferably for subscription-based products.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with AI-driven creative tools for idea generation and ad production.
- Familiarity with UGC (User Generated Content) creation and integration in performance marketing campaigns.
- Background in SaaS or digital subscription product marketing.
- Experience in user acquisition.
