Campaign Setup and Execution: Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand campaign objectives and requirements.
Utilize ad management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, DV360) to set up and launch digital advertising campaigns.
Ensure accurate implementation of campaign targeting, budget allocation, and creative assets.
Optimization and Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly to identify areas for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing and implement adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Proactively address any issues or discrepancies in campaign delivery and performance.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports detailing campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and achieve objectives.
Client Communication: Serve as one of the the main points of contact for clients regarding campaign setup, performance, and optimization.
Communicate effectively to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and results.
Collaboration and Continuous Learning: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to digital advertising.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital advertising campaign management or related role.
Proficiency in ad management platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad Manager, tiktok and and DV360.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is differential.
