Administration, Finance & Control Analyst/SupervisorThe appointed person will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and control activities of the subsidiary in Jundiaí, Brazil, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the policies of the headquarters in Italy. This key figure will also support the General Manager of the subsidiary in Jundiaí, Brazil, in strategic and operational decisions.Main responsibilities:Administrative Management:Supervise daily administrative activities.Manage general accounting and financial records.Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.Manage budgeting and financial forecasting.Monitor cash flows and manage treasury.Management Control:Implement and monitor internal controls.Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Support in defining financial and operational strategies.Compliance and Regulations:Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations.Coordinate with external and internal auditors for financial audits.Continuously update on relevant local and international regulations.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with the financial team of the headquarters in Italy.Communicate effectively with various departments of the subsidiary in Brazil.Prepare reports and presentations for management.Requirements:Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Fluent in Portuguese and English.Skills:Experience with financial management software and ERP.Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.Proactivity and results orientation.
