You will master information processes and be able to effectively support our decision-making process and long-term strategy.MAIN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:Collect, organize, and accurately input data into our systems, covering information from various departments like Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Production;Keep the database updated and review it frequently to ensure data integrity and consistency;Keep all sources of information organized, physical or digital;Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure all relevant information is accessible and well-organized;Create reports and provide administrative support to teams when needed;Contribute to improving administrative processes and workflows;Ensure confidentiality and security of the entered and stored data.REPORTING:Directly to the Head of Control and Report (CR)SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES TEND TO:Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and accountability;Be a self-starter, welcome collaboration and relationship-building;Communicate clearly and concisely;Analyze problems rigorously and in an organized manner;Hold themselves and others to high standards.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree, complete or in progress (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields);Previous experience in administrative or data processing roles (is a plus);Fluent English (will be used for reporting and communication with other departments, including international ones);Proficiency with spreadsheet tools.
