Administrative Analyst (F/M/D)

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the sales team, sales representatives and management team with administrative services.- Provide support in organizing national and international travel for employees, with the exception of the Board, issuing airline tickets, international insurance, cash, hotels, car rental, etc.- Arrange visits and events of the Sales area.- Manage office supplies, requesting purchases and payments.- Manage deliveries, post office and notary services.- Provide support in fleet maintenance, working with the purchasing team.- Administrative support for occasional office demands.

Qualifications:
- Higher education in business, secretariat or correlated courses.- Fluent Portuguese.- Intermediate English.
