Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Experience with event coordination, program management, or stakeholder management.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in budget management.
Ability to take initiative in solving operational issues.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Establish exemplary trust with executives, stakeholders, and key cross-functional partners.
