Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, office supplies management, and facilities coordination. Supervise and mentor administrative staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance. Coordinate office budgets, track expenses, and handle procurement of office supplies and equipment. Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other organizational activities. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory requirements. Qualifications?Skills : Fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese, communicating and processing paperwork daily. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Compensation package: Contract as Brazilian Labor Laws (CLT).
