Administrative Helper (Ah) - Fully Remote, Min 25

We are looking for a bright analytical mind to join our team as a helper to the management team. This role has a minimum of 25 hours/week and will be performed fully remote, from your home or anywhere in the world.

You will provide logistics support to our teams in Poland, Israel, Portugal and Brazil in a broad range of activities including control of tasks and deadlines; updating documents records and general assistance in managing all teams across Imapolania.

**Typical tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting in our workers productivity control;
- Assigning tasks and control deadlines across all teams;
- Proofreading colleagues work ensuring pristine quality in the final product.

**The following are essential requirements for this role**:

- Good to Advanced English language skills: reading, writing and speaking;
- Hebrew, Polish and Portuguese language skills are to be valued;
- Good organizational and analytical skills;
- This is a BYOD company;
- You must have great computer literacy (particularly with Chrome and Google Suite) and a reliable internet connection.
