Administrative Staff & Team Leader - Orders, Deliveries, And Production Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Staff who can also take on a Team Leader role in overseeing the operations of concrete hollow block production. The ideal candidate will handle the daily transactions of orders and deliveries while ensuring the smooth management of production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process orders, deliveries, and transactions accurately.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status and delivery updates.
Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Create and implement improved processes to optimize efficiency in both administration and production.
Oversee and lead the daily operations of concrete hollow block production.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely and quality output.
Monitor production schedules and inventory to meet demand and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with experience in handling production operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with concrete hollow block production is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
