We are proud to be one of the few Microsoft Showcase School, meaning we belong to a global community of schools engaged in digital transformation to improve teaching and learning.Position Objective:GBSB Global Business School is looking for a full-time professional to work within the Organisation's Admissions Team. We're looking for a self-motivated sales professional who's able to work independently with a high level of intensity, an unblemished attitude, and personal responsibility. The main objective for this person would be sales (phone calls, online, email) using assigned leads across a variety of countries and nationalities. You are a perfect candidate for us if you have the expertise and understanding of how to sell products (Higher Education) and are ready to work intensively and are accustomed to working under goals with compensation mainly based on commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities:Maintaining and updating the database of prospective students.Managing prospective students' inquiries.Supervising leads and making telephone calls to students.Assessing the prospective students in all phases of the admission process: from the inquiry to the enrollment based on set objectives.Reviewing admission documents (diplomas, etc.) and making decisions on enrollment based on each program's admission requirements.Coordinating promotion efforts with other units of the school.To collaborate in fairs. Requirements:Fluent English (C2 or Native).Proven experience of two years minimum in B2C and telephone sales, preferably in the area of higher business education.Proven training in techniques and methods of sales.Understanding business education, including bachelor/master/executive programs or similar intellectual products, is an advantage.Ability and interest to work based on set objectives.Great communication and presentation skills.Professional writing skills in English.Ability to work autonomously.Previously worked with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)Patience and friendliness, very organized and punctual.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
