The ideal candidate will leverage the Adobe Journey Optimizer platform to design, implement, and optimize personalized customer journeys across various channels. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, and marketing automation techniques to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.You will be able to:Develop and execute personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, incorporating various touchpoints such as email, SMS, push notifications, and more.Configure and activate the tool from scratch.Support the client during the new subdomain configuration and the IP warming process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to gather requirements, define audience segments, and implement targeted campaigns.Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools to analyze customer data, identify insights, and optimize journey performance
