Affiliate Manager

1.Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the Aliexpress affiliate program 2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the current affiliates, providing them with support and resources to optimize their performance and answering questions about how to use platform, withdraw commissions and etc... 3. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and generate reporst to assess the effectiveness of the affiliate program. 4. Communication: Regularly communicate with affiliates about promotions, new coupon codes, and new AliExpress campaigns 5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to enhance the affiliate program. 6. Communication: Create groups in Whatsapp and Telegram to help to spread the communication about AliExpress campaigns or updates in the AliExpress affiliate platform. Job Requirement 1?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2?Above three years of experience in affiliate management and working with different affiliates , advertisers or aff networks 3?Fluent in Portuguese and good English speaker, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with partners. 4?Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 5. Proactive and results-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities and a passion for driving business growth.
