**The Opportunity**

As our Agency Strategy Director, you'll be the cornerstone between our Business Development, Creative, and Operations teams, crafting strategies that turn ambitious visions into reality. This isn't just about managing accounts - it's about elevating our entire agency's capability to deliver world-class work.

**Who We're Looking For**

We need a dynamic force who understands that great pitches don't just present - they persuade. Someone who can read the room, challenge assumptions, and close deals. You're not just strategically minded; you're commercially shrewd and naturally curious about everything from emerging trends to human behaviour.

**Your Impact Will Include**:

- Establishing a research-driven culture that transforms consumer insights into compelling creative briefs
- Creating and implementing evaluation frameworks that demonstrate clear ROI to clients
- Driving best practice processes from initial brief to final pitch
- Identifying and seizing opportunities in new sectors
- Building and nurturing client relationships that lead to sustained growth
- Contributing to our data strategy through Cosmos insights
- Mentoring and elevating team performance

**What You'll Bring**:
**Experience & Expertise**
- Proven success as a Group Account Director, Strategic Director, or equivalent in an award-winning agency
- Track record of winning and delivering 360° campaigns
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and sector needs
- Strong portfolio of client relationships and industry connections
- Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and secure repeat business
