We are looking for an
Agile Master
for an Outsystems Agile Project who wants to learn and transform their career.
Job Requirements:
• Availability to work in person in Londrina;
• One of the following certifications: CSM (
Certified Scrum Master
); or PSM I (
Professional Scrum Master level I
); or equivalent;
• Minimum proven professional experience of 3 (three) years in the job market, specifically in Information Technology;
• Graduation in a higher education course in the area of ??Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a certificate of a postgraduate course (specialization, master's or doctorate) in the area of ??Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Desirable where there is no requirement for proof:
• Knowledge of agile practices such as: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Concept of Done, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, collective code ownership, User Stories, etc.

• Framework do SCRUM;
• Framework SAFe®;
• KANBAN;
• Lean;
• DevOps.
Main responsibilities:
• Support the Product Owner in his tasks of defining and prioritizing requirements;
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments related to the performance of other client teams within the project;
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments related to the performance of the CONTRACTOR's team;
• Monitor the team's production, ensuring that the task board is up to date;
• Support the team to meet the backlog within the priorities defined by the PO(s);
• Ensure that the ceremonies defined in the Agile frameworks take place and have the expected result;
• Participate with the team in SAFe® ceremonies and represent them whenever the team's presence is not necessary, for example, in the Scrum of Scrums;
• Act to resolve open occurrences regarding applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, acting to resolve doubts between the requester and the team and monitoring and updating the client's service, communication and incident management tools.
