Agile Master - Mid-Level We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Agile Master to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and be capable of guiding and supporting our teams in adopting and applying Agile principles effectively.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Agile practices are well integrated and deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and maintain a focus on delivering value.
Support the team in achieving high levels of performance and quality in the delivery of solutions.
Monitor and report on the progress of Agile teams, using metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other Agile Masters and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective application of Agile methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications: Experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) to track progress and support Agile processes.
Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices and how they integrate with Agile methodologies.
Experience in software development or technical background.
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
