Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, to maintain team momentum.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business strategies.
Develop and articulate detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Track progress, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Continuously assess workflows to optimize team productivity.
Serve as the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Required Experience and Qualifications Experience : Previous experience in a Product Manager or Scrum Master role within an Agile environment.
Demonstrated success in managing remote product development teams.
Technical Knowledge : Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Trello.
