**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Intern with hands-on experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage AI in enhancing the capabilities of our HRIS system, contributing to advanced features and functionalities that empower our global clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in integrating LLM-based solutions into OrangeHRM's HRIS platform.
- Work on projects that involve the integration, deployment, and evaluation of LLMs for HR use cases, such as automated query handling, employee engagement analytics, and talent management.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance the system's AI-driven modules.
- Research and prototype innovative AI features tailored for HR functionalities.
- Document workflows, findings, and project outcomes for internal and client use.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing (NLP).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models).
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Langchain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with vector databases
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles
- Understanding of retrieval augmented generation
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of fine-tuning and training large-scale AI models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Understanding of transformer architectures and tokenization techniques.
