AI Enterprise Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a seasoned Enterprise or Solution Architect with a strong background in AI technologies to lead our clients' AI development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing AI solutions at an enterprise level, with a focus on data science and machine learning. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements and objectives of the organization.** You will be required to work London time zone (GMT) **Responsibilities:Enterprise Level Implementation with Data Science:Lead the design and architecture of complex conversational AI solutions platform, considering long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects and technology assessments to validate feasibility and performance of proposed solutions.Integration and Implementation:Define integration requirements and strategies for connecting contact center solutions with existing systems, applications, and third-party services.Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and partners to implement and configure contact center solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes.Performance Optimization and Scalability:Identify opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency of contact center solutions through system tuning, load balancing, and capacity planning.Conduct performance testing and optimization activities to ensure contact center solutions meet performance requirements under varying workloads and conditions.Collaboration and Leadership:Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and leadership to integrate security into AI development life cycles.Lead a team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training.Work closely with directors, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI implementations.Requirements:2 to 5 years of experience working as an Enterprise Architect in the field of AI.Proven experience in implementing AI models into production and training models for the company.Strong experience with proof of concept and production.Hands on experience with AI technologies, including working with OPEN AI, LAMA model, integrating with APIs, or training models.Advantage not mandatory experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
