Understand the platform resources, mechanisms, processes, and systems in the group.
Operate basic merchants around business objectives, combined with industry characteristics and single point of application platform tools, and obtain results.
Flexibly apply cost-benefit management knowledge to ensure that work direction is aligned with business objectives.
Be good at drawing inferences
Understand the basic framework and dynamics of relevant industries.

Position Requirements
Proficient in Portuguese and English, plus Chinese; Familiar with local business formats in Brazil.
Have e-commerce operation experience and be familiar with traffic and conversion logic.

Familiar with trend culture (local merchants/source channels are preferred).
Good communication and resource integration skills, with the ability to form good interactions with the headquarters and promote business development.
