**Atribuições**:
- Trabalhará com um grande volume de dados e calendários acordados com o cliente.
Precisa estar preparado para o desafio e trabalhar bem sob pressão, comum na rotina de prestação de serviços ao cliente final (Outsourcing, negócios contábeis).
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como keyuser no sistema SAP - módulo HR.
- Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR - mínimo 3 anos de experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta - **mandatório para a posição.
**:
- Conhecimento e experiência (mínimo de 3 anos) em todas as rotinas do departamento de pessoal, como férias, rescisões, cobranças / relatórios legais mensais e anuais
- Conhecimento e experiência no aplicativo federal eSocial / DCTFweb
- Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de validação de folha de pagamento (mínimo 3 anos)
- Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de conciliação contábil e provisões contábeis (férias e 13º salário)
- Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou Contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços).
- Experiência em metodologias de validação como documentos padrão, instruções de trabalho, check-list, documentos de auditoria, métricas de SLA (acordo de nível de serviço).
- Experiência para trabalhar com alto volume de processamento de dados.
