**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
This position will have an important role in the business because you will be an SR Accounting Analyst to support management in the Industry business where there are several growth projects.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that business analyzes comply with internal and external procedures.
You will also be responsible for assisting with controls, analyses, proposing improvements, etc., in order to make the business more profitable
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the monthly closing processes and plant reports with the guarantee of punctuality for the end of the month are met.
- Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variations, identify business drivers and evaluate their impact on financial statements.
- Support the process for preparing the costing rate, costing new products and analyzing the costs of items manufactured by the company.
- Support, analyze and execute the Inventory process of Raw Material, Work in Process and Finished Product;
- Develop and manage process indicators in the Financial/Industrial area.
- Support and Audit processes related to Inventory and Expense Control;
- Will be responsible for meeting staff demands with various financial information/analysis and reports
- Support in all types of audits such as balance sheet review (internal form of BS audit), SOX, Internal Controls, external audit, Transfer Pricing, etc.
- Reconciliation of accounts related to business activity and also ensuring the veracity of accounts from other areas"
**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related areas
**Years and area of experience required**
- At least 5 years of experience
**Skills**:
**Technical knowledge**
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- SAP Knowledge - Mandatory
**Soft skills**
- Good relationship with peers and other areas, strategic thinking, organization, good comunication
