**What you'll do**:
This position is responsible for support and reach a deep knowledge of Aftermarket, based on relationship with end customers/users, distributors, industry, class entities and key market leaders and influencers, in order to capture trends, risks and opportunities, to prepare and provide for Product Strategy Manager all informations for submission VGSA AFM Strategy Plans to pursue growth, encompassing with Product Portfolio, Channel Innovation and other Marketing factors.
As a foundation for this position following primary functions are in scope:
>Market analysis and intelligence (short, mid and long terms) based on economic, political, legislation, governmental and industry drivers for Strategic and Tactic Planning;
>Channel and Customer intelligence approach, analyzing internal and external data;
>Business and competitors knowledge and intelligence;
>Interact with MGSA OE BD teams (SPM and ACE) in order to know Eaton Product Portfolio developments for OEMs;
>Lead the business case process and drive the validation process in ProLaunch method
Develops the business cases in order to create a market and customer intelligence approach, analyzing data and submitting recommended strategies to AFM BU, based on data compilation from internal sources (engineering, sales, market development, customer needs, market planning, field services areas and business & corporate roles) and external sources (searches, media, consulting);
Provide information to the Product Strategy Manager in order to help the decision making for the development of new business execution of market intelligence processes, including strategic planning consolidation, product demand scenarios, competition analysis, market surveys review and market conditions monitoring. Feed MGSA Strategic Plans for AFM. Develops internal communication channels to provide insights on external markets MGSA serve directly, as well as to search for information and gain engagement to develop MGSA AFM Strategies;
Provides timely and accurate market information for business / operation reviews, and compare performance versus the market and PMI. Deploys his/her learnings with Mobility Group in South America;
Interact with people responsible for Technical Literature and Catalogues, in order to give feedback about the way technical support materials can help our channels and end users to deal with Eaton Product Portfolio in a effective way

**Qualifications**:
>Superior em Engenharia, Marketing, Administração, Economia ou cursos correlatos
>Experiência nas áreas de Vendas, Marketing, Desenvolvimento de Negócios ou Engenharias;
>Vivência no mercado independente de reposição automotiva (mandatório);
>Inglês avançado (leitura/conversação);
>Disponibilidade para viagens no Estado de SP;
>Vivência em relacionamento com distribuidores (desejável);
>Conhecimento do mercado e do cliente;
>MS Office;
