Analista De Engenharia

Responsible for leading the development of computational automations in engineering processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery aligned with engineering and business objectives.
In this role, you will lead a software development team to enhance the power transformer design process, identifying opportunities for automation, and integration, and managing the effective transfer of applications across business units.
Routine interactions with internal teams, stakeholders, and executives ensure that solutions meet all specifications.
Additionally, you will generate key documentation, including project reports and specifications, to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Lead development team.Manage software projects.Conduct technical iterations with stakeholders to define project requirements.Continuously seek and support improvements in products and processes.Report indicators and project progress.Adhere to all internal rules for application in engineering tools.Ensure quality and delivery of tested and validated engineering tools.Qualifications/Requirements:Degree in Engineering;Experience in R&D for industrial and software projects is required;Experience in software project management and CAD automation;Fluency in English is mandatory.
