Nossa equipe é formada por cerca de 1.000 profissionais prontos para atuar em qualquer lugar do país.Activities:Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized officeSupport with reception, guest support and management of building access passes, safety and security supportCreate a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employeesProvide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruptionCoordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scopeRespond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer serviceIdentify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplaceProvide coordination and support events, meeting and conference facilities as requiredDeliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedbackIdentify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issuesEnsure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in finance systemsRequirements:Degree in Hospitality or other similar coursesSolid experience with hospitality and VIP serviceExcellent organization and communication skills, both oral and writtenFluency in English (mandatory)If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
