We are looking for a professional dedicated to working with Digital Shelf data, contributing to a client's improved digital execution, and supporting their growth and digital transformation journey through our technology. What You Will Do: Contributing to enhanced digital execution for clients, supporting their growth and digital transformation journey through our technology. Conduct analyses based on data provided by the Digital Shelf platform, aiming to highlight areas of concern and/or performance improvements. Prepare presentations that break down the analyses and present the client with the most significant opportunities and actionable suggestions. Analyze client data daily on the platform to proactively identify opportunities and inconsistencies. Support clients in understanding the data and their actual needs to define accurate analysis briefs. Report and follow up with internal teams on client requests, tracking progress, validating outcomes, and providing status updates to the client. Assist the manager with various client-related tasks. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver. Who You Are: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to transform data into insights to support business decisions. Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills to deliver precise solutions that enhance our service and client experience. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English for presentations and client interactions Organizational skills and proactivity. Bachelor's degree. Experience in e-commerce and/or trade marketing in the durable consumer goods market is a plus.
